Kacey Musgraves

She discovers the unfamiliar,

 the unusual and usual,

 or the rarities;

of the many cities and places.

So Texas will always remain with her,

just like her peaceful past..

With the cowboy hat,

 and guitar;

A musical safeness that always stays within.

In restful cafe’s and bars; she’s about to sing

The touch of a tingling snare,

the soft murmuring

of the same old coffee machine.

During the sunset from Tennessee;

she will temporarily leave her cowboy boots

to be free.

And she dances in the cornfields,

wondering how the world and her humanity are soon

 going to be together as one main topic

for all of her many future life songs.
